About the conference
The 15th International Workshop on Biometrics and Forensics (IWBF 2027) is a leading international forum dedicated to advancing research and innovation at the intersection of biometrics, multimedia forensics, forensic science, and surveillance technologies. Bringing together researchers, industry practitioners, policymakers, and end-users from around the world, IWBF fosters collaboration and the exchange of ideas on the latest scientific and technological developments in forensic and biometrics analysis.
The workshop will showcase state-of-the-art research on biometric recognition, multimedia forensics, forensic science, authentication, and surveillance, while addressing emerging challenges in the deployment of biometric systems across real-world applications, including border security, access management, law enforcement, and defence.
The 15th IWBF will be held on 1–2 April 2027, providing a unique networking opportunity for academia, industry, government agencies, and end-users to present cutting-edge research, discuss future directions, and strengthen collaborations that will shape the next generation of biometric and forensic technologies.
